I’m the founder and CEO of CompassionCare Concierge, a phlebotomy patient service center and mobile phlebotomy service in Diamond Bar, serving clients across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. We bring lab work directly to you — home, office, or bedside
I created this because I kept seeing the same problem in healthcare: people were told “just go to the lab,” even when that wasn’t realistic. Some patients are recovering from surgery. Some are high-risk or immunocompromised. Some don’t drive. Some have anxiety or medical trauma and just need someone to slow down and be gentle. I didn’t think “sorry, that’s the system” was good enough.
So I built a service that says: We’ll come to you. We’ll treat you with respect. We’ll take care of it.
Every draw is performed by a licensed California phlebotomist. We handle everything — standard lab orders (Quest, Labcorp, hospital), specialty kits (Natera, Rupa, research), labeling, temperature control, and delivery. We do it the right way so your provider gets clean, accurate samples without you spending hours in a waiting room.
For clinics and providers, we act like an extension of your team. We cover in-home draws, overflow support, and specialty kit handling so your staff doesn’t have to chase labs or call couriers all day. For patients, you get private, professional care in a calm, safe environment: yours.
